Community Center Rentals

Many of the rooms in the new Community Center are available to rent for gatherings, meetings, parties and more. Room capacities vary based on the set up and your rental needs, so please email recreation@townofchili.org and we can help you select the best room for you.

The Room Reservation packet below includes rental requirements, fees, rooms available and more. The application must be turned in at the Chili Community Center (3237 Chili Avenue). Please read thoroughly before submitting.

Sunday: 10:00 am-4:00 pm

Rental Hours, June-August
Monday-Thursday: 9:00 am-8:00 pm
Friday-Saturday: 9:00 am-4:00 pm

Rooms Available for Rental

Banquet Room (room 118)

General Set-Up: up to 24 round tables & chairs for approximately 145 people

Included: tables/chairs, bluetooth capabilities, TV monitors (bring own HDMI & laptop)

Optional: up to 3 six-foot rectangular tables

Add Ons (fees may apply): PA system, projector/screen, easel, podium, American flag

Pricing: Resident/Member- $75/hour

Non-Resident/Business/Organization- $90/hour

Meeting Rooms (rooms 215 & 216)

General Set-Up: 1 large boardroom-style table and 12 chairs

Included: table/chairs, white board, TV monitor (bring own HDMI & laptop)

Optional: additional chairs may be added to the perimeter of the room

Add Ons: easel, podium, American flag

Pricing: Resident/Member- $10/hour

Non-Resident/Business/Organization- $30/hour

Community Room 1 (room 211)

General Set-Up: 8 six-foot rectangular tables and 32 chairs

Included: tables/chairs, bluetooth capabilities, TV monitors (bring own HDMI & laptop), sink

Add Ons: easel, podium, American flag, additional chairs

Pricing: Resident/Member- $15/hour

Non-Resident/Business/Organization- $40/hour

Community Room 2 (room 212)

General Set-Up: 8 six-foot rectangular tables and 32 chairs

Included: tables/chairs, bluetooth capabilities, TV monitors (bring own HDMI & laptop), sink

Pricing: Resident/Member- $15/hour

Non-Resident/Business/Organization- $40/hour

Community Room 3 (room 213)

General Set-Up: up to 10 round tables and 60 chairs, up to 4 six-foot rectangular tables

Included: tables/chairs, bluetooth capabilities, TV monitor (bring own HDMI & laptop), sink

Add Ons: easel, podium, American flag, additional chairs

Pricing: Resident/Member- $20/hour

Non-Resident/Business/Organization- $50/hour

Annex Table*

Included: 1 six-foot table set up in the first floor lobby
