NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM; USE OF SIDEWALK RESERVE FUNDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Chili, New York at a regular meeting held on the 11th day of December 2024, duly adopted a resolution subject to permissive referendum, the purpose and effect of which is to use up to $430,000 from the Sidewalk Reserve Fund to be used to pay for costs related to the Paul Road Sidewalk Project.
