NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM; USE OF PARKS AND RECREATION RESERVE FUNDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Chili, New York at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of March 2025, duly adopted a resolution subject to permissive referendum, the purpose and effect of which is to use up to $15,000 from the Park and Recreation Reserve Fund to purchase two floor scrubbing machines to assist in the cleaning of the Community Center.
