Board of Assessment Review is a five member board, appointed to a five year term; which meets once a year on Grievance Day, usually the 4th Tuesday in May. They are located in the main meeting room of the Town Hall. Members are responsible for hearing and deciding grievances filed citizens who are dissatisfied with the assessment placed on their property by the Town Assessor. All meetings are open to the public.
