Jeff is in charge of day to day operations of the Chili Public Library, monitors the library's budget and carries out the policies as adopted by the Library Board. He ensures compliance with all laws relating to public libraries, and opersees the care and maintenance of the library, its equipment and materials. He serves as the Library Board's liaison to the Chili community.
